Organic Rosehip Skincare Pty Ltd are required under Australian law to accept returns for goods purchased from a customer and provide consumers with a replacement of goods if they; - Are faulty, or become faulty; - Are of unacceptable quality
Where goods fall into one of the above categories, and the buyer has not caused or contributed to the failure (for example, by damaging contaminating or misusing the goods), Organic Rosehip Skincare Pty Ltd will provide the buyer with: - A replacement of goods
Organic Rosehip Skincare Pty Ltd will ask for proof of purchase from the buyer and may require that the buyer return the faulty goods to Organic Rosehip

Payment:Organic Rosehip Skincare Pty Ltd accepts payment via money order, bank cheque, electronic transfer, paypal, mastercard or visa card or telegraphic transfer.
Retail Customers & Loyalty Members: Payment made prior to goods being despatched; Wholesalers: Terms Prepaid; Distributors: Terms 14 days
If payment is not made by due date a $10/day administration fee will be charged to the buyer per day until payment is made.
If payment is not made, all products remain the property of Organic Rosehip Skincare Pty Ltd.
Time Limits:Rights to return damaged goods extend for a reasonable period of time after purchase. There is a set time limit of 48hrs within which a buyer can return faulty goods.
Organic Rosehip Skincare Pty Ltd will not offer a refund if the buyer simply changes their mind or makes an incorrect choice, so please choose products carefully.
Postage and Handling Charges:The buyer will cover the cost of return postage back to Organic Rosehip Skincare Pty Ltd if the buyer simply changes their mind or makes an incorrect choice.
Item Condition:The condition of the returned item would be acceptable if the item/s are not contaminated, unopened and are boxed with all original materials and in original condition.
